Compensate for Your Unstructured Brain with External Structures for Productivity
Listen to last week’s podcast when I welcomed back Alan Brown for the show, ‘Compensate for Your Unstructured Brain with External Structures for Productivity’.
It’s no secret that we ADDers lack internal structures. We lack linear, structured thinking – the kind that allows lucid goal-setting and crisply rationalized prioritization. We lack a realistically structured sense of time, resulting in horrendous time management, etc. All of which comes home to roost big time for those of us working from home or otherwise independently – but even affects those of us working in an otherwise structured workplace.
We can work on these weak mental structures to mitigate some of the associated miseries, but the surest way to compensate for our lack of internal structure is to build our own external structures.
Alan Brown, creator of the acclaimed ADD Crusher™ video series, presents a series of specific structural lackings paired with ways to build your own structures. Whether you work at home, independently or benefit somewhat from a corporate work structure, these tips will boost your productivity.
