“I was diagnosed with ADHD and medicated at the age of 5 (it was ADD back then).  I have been blogging about ADHD for about a year, to help gain a better sense of self and to help others gain perspective regarding their loved ones with ADHD, or to better relate to their own ADHD.  This weekend we will be talking about the personification of one of the more difficult symptoms to deal with: my bottled up temper.  I call him Tantrum, and he is “My Nemesis”.   We will be discussing the ongoing battle with Tantrum, which involves choosing our battles, venting, and establishing a sanctuary to reign in anger.  More can be found in the following blog posts:
